City Relay made things simple from check-in to check-out and were easily reached by phone when I had a question. As a rental property owner myself, I would consider using their services to manage my own short term rentals, if there were only available in my home country.

I don’t often write reviews but I was so impressed with this apartment which we rented for 1 night for a family of 5 for a 2 day visit to London. We received clear information, we were met at the apartment, everything was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. And all for a very competitive price for London! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the flat! In a great part of London near Portobello Road and Kensington Gardens. Close to the Notting Hill tube station for easy access to other parts of the city. Private, quiet and immaculate. Comfortable bed and sofa-bed and great shower! Picking up the keys for after hours check-in was a breeze. Would love to stay at this flat again and would definitely book with City Relay again!

Excellent! We had a great time at our London City Relay flat. The apartment was super clean, spacious, stocked with all the amenities and the location was perfect, street filled with nice restaurants, supermarket just around the corner and walking distance to two subway stations. We had great communication with City Relay before and during our stay and they helped us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Getting the keys in another location was a bit annoying but it allows us to visit the Westside neighbours and Kensington Gardens on our way! The flat was surprisingly really big, super comfortable, chic and clean. The kitchen is well furnished to have some hot drinks, really enjoyable in winter! The team was also reactive to our demands during our stay.I would definitely recommend staying with City Relay!

Stayed 4 nights July 17th to 21st 2024. The staff were very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner. The apartment/flat has modern equipment, and the security system is excellent. It is 2-3 mins walk from the train station. Restaurants and stores are 2 mins away. In future, please include car parking in the package.

The apartment is beautiful! Just the right amount of space for us for a week! The bedroom was bigger than expected and the bathroom is a nice size! The location was perfect! The tube station is right at the back door! Staff was friendly and let us store our bags for a while before apartment was ready, and they let us a nice surprise for our anniversary!
