GoogleStaying at this nicely refurbished flat it didn't feel like a flat as this three bed apartment is spread over two floor. Modern feel an to be greated at the apartment was a nice touch 👌. Akim greated us an was a great host, he showed us around the apartment, words can only say its a touch that makes all the difference would definitely stay again. 😀

Stayed with my wife at cozy little flat near West Kensington Station. Everything was top quality, including cleanliness, towels, sheets, kitchen appliances and WiFi. We were welcomed by Akim, who helped us with our suitcases and explained everything we needed to know about this lovely property.

GoogleHenry is very responsible and easy to reach. He follows up, and answers any questions you have. Akim was very professional and helpful, showing me flats during our video tour. He was punctual and prepared. Both of them coordinated their work and responsibility towards me well and efficiently.

Lovely and cosy house,very well located and shops nearby. Underground in 5 minutes walk if you walk through a next cementery. . if not, in 10 minutes you reach Barons court station and easily from there to the center of London.The property calls you to make sure you have all you need and they answer soon in case you need anything else.I would repeat the experience again with the same host.Thanks for all.

We stayed at the Chelsea apartment for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is incredible, we loved the neighbourhood! Ana was very accommodating and helpful at the check-in :) the apartment itself was very beautiful and homey! Would definitely book again!

They are patient and understanding, particularly as we were first time renters and had very little knowledge of the process! Great stay overall, close to everything, close to the tube and bus stop and very friendly staff.I did have a small issue with a couple of their neighbors though - playing music very loudly. However it was resolved quickly, and it wasn't the fault of the hotel.

GoogleVery good stay. Comfortable flat with the necessary amenities, and close to the transport. Roland, who checked us in, was lovely! Personable, kind, great recommendations. Having quite a bit of trouble getting back some personal affects that were left behind, but will update as the story develops.

Amazing customer service by Akim. When enquiring if some fans could be supplied due to the intense heat my query was met extremely fast to my joy.
