We rented an apartment from City relay on Notting Hill Gate and everything was perfect. When we had a little issue, they responded immediately and followed up until the issue was resolved. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had everything anyone could need for a short stay. The apartment is surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants and the tube station is 2 minutes away. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

GoogleI’ve been trying to get details of a property they manage and offer on AirBnb - that my parents could avail of for frequent routine visits to London. No response to emails on Airbnb. After contacting them directly they said I’d need to book for 90 days in order to view the property. I’d be worried if they were manage my property as then seem to miss some great warning potentials. We’d be very good repeat customers!

GoogleJust stayed in an apartment through AirBnb near king’s s cross station run by City Relay, and it was a great experience. It’s clean, convenient and most importantly have a good size that can accommodate the whole family with kid. Much prefer this than squeezing in a small hotel room. The City Relay team, including Akim and Melissa, are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Akim was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we had to unexpectedly cancel a viewing on short notice, he went out of his way to record a very detailed video of the property that allowed us to experience the flat despite not physically being there. Great experience!

GooglePerfect apartment! Location amazing and everything was just like the photos. They just need to find a way to have a consistent Internet connection. We were in the city for work and the Wi-Fi is a must have in this situations.

I have to praise the professional, attentive and efficient customer service I received from the team at City Relay, when I rented a flat with them for 7 weeks. I dealt mainly with Bernadett and Clemence. They both provided an excellent service, and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, despite some initial issues with the flat. I would definitely recommend City Relay.

GoogleIt's a great experience. The property is very clean and comfortable, which includes many basic facilities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The position is also convenient, close to the tube and bus station. Customer service is immediate, and patient. It's worth to stay.

Nice apartment, clean, well furnished and in perfect position for museums, outdoor life and also close to portobello market (20 min by foot). Staff was kind and helped me to collect the keys through my colleague (avoiding a late check in). Akim from City relay was kind and provided invoice as soon as possible.
