They made the flat look like a 5 star hotel, always sent in only the best tenants, their cleaners were of an incredibly high standard and they always paid on time.I used them for almost a year and their service was exemplary. I would and am recommending them to anyone who is looking to rent their home out on AirBandB.

Despite the current restrictive times, CityRelay have helped us find, secure and move into our new home with little delay and great understanding each step of the way. My family and I rented a flat in the Belgravia area. This property was ideally located ti everything we could need. The team at City Relay were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had promptly. They were a great team ti deal with, and if I were to travel to the city again I would certainly use them again.

GoogleCompletely useless. As a potential tenant, I've contacted them about multiple short lets and never get the information I'm looking for. I've actively tried to rent flats and not managed.

City Relay are top notch and Monica especially. Unfortunately property did not match, v clean, functional but over priced and photos are deceptive. Shame bcs personal service was superb (especially in recovering my wash bag accidentally left behind)

GoogleThe south London apartment we booked was in the city centre and well connected to all the major railway stations. The apartment itself was superb. I was contacted by Akim personally and came to know that he was in charge of the customer experience for our stay and we are grateful that he managed to answer all our questions promptly.

Akim met us to check-in. Everything was very straightforward and easy. He even sent us a short video of the entrance so we could find it easily. He was helpful and polite and the apartment is beautiful. Everything has been excellently organised.

GoogleWe had an enjoyable 3 days in London staying here. A few small niggles with the dishwasher and dryer part of the clothes washer/dryer not working. Akim from City Relay, the accommodation manager was helpful and quick to respond to our WhatsApp texts about the faults and arranging a later check out.
