Akim Courail Jones and all his colleagues were helpful whenever we needed advice. The flat is well situated close to Fulham Broadway undrground station . It is well equipped to cook and sleep but the bed clothes were unfortunately dirty particularly the mattress and its protection cover! They should be changed

Appartment perfectly located in Clapham Junction to visit London.Good experience!We just had an issue when we arrived : no more access to my city relay account with the key box number (stressful with 3 children in the car…) but Akim resolved that quickly.I would recommend to add a contact phone number in the mail.

The day I arrived, I had trouble using the app to unlock the front door during self check-in. Finally, I emailed City Relay asking for the address of their office. When I got there, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and persisted until the problem was solved.Also, at the end, I made a few suggestions about how to improve the apartment, and they thanked me warmly for taking the trouble.

GoogleThe apartment is fantastic! I adore the surroundings and the modern amenities. The location is perfect too, right next to the Imperial Wharf station. Akim Courail-Jones provided excellent service, always responding promptly and thoughtfully, which made us feel secure. I highly recommend both this apartment and the service from City Relay.

We had such a great stay in this lovely flat, and with excellent service! Our point of contact, Akim, went above and beyond to accommodate us. I use an electric wheelchair, and after a long day of travel, it’s batteries were running low. Even though we arrived a few hours early to the flat, Akim allowed us to enter early and made sure we had everything we needed so that I could charge up. Thank you so much, Akim!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisson Grove! Akim and the rest of the City Relay team were super helpful. They arranged for us to be met at the property when we arrived. The agent was super helpful showing us around the flat, and even helped with our luggage (which was much appreciated)!Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly and the team did their utmost to help. GoogleOur shower at our stay in London recently was flooding into the bathroom. Akim got it handled so quickly that it didn’t bother us the rest of the trip. We also didn’t have to stay to let maintenance since Akim arranged everything!

Nice location, a lot of space and everything was clean. Had an issue with unlocking the door the first time (you need to download an app) but after that everything was fine.

GoogleI had a great stay! The studio and location were so nice, with a little backyard to enjoy your morning tea/coffee. The bed also was very comfortable and the studio has everything you need to relax and enjoy a moment in the city. Highly recommanded!

Viktors check in was exceptional. His willingness to help & advise both for local car parking & general knowledge was a huge welcome to assist us with our stay. He was extremely pleasant on a very miserable day after a long journey and he made the check in very easy. The property is delightful & spacious, well equipped and has kick started this break into the makings of a wonderful weekend. If only all stays were this easy with such great people!
