Great Stoke Newington apartment hosted by City Relay. City Relay were extremely responsive to any queries or questions we had around the property. They were very accomodating even organising us to check in slightly earlier than expected! Could not recommend City Relay and Akim’s team more, and would definitely utilise their services for our future stays!

GoogleCorrect apartment. It has 2 floors, with a bedroom right at the entrance and the rest of the apartment upstairs. The stairs have handrails, which is good. The living room is very pleasant, the upstairs bedroom is very spacious. Very good heating. The kitchen has simple basics. Very good location, right next to Bricklane. Akim, a member of the team who welcomed us, was very kind and friendly and explained everything to us about the apartment. Something that could be improved is the building's entrance lock to make opening the door easier, as well as the kitchen oven, which was not working. Check out was a little complicated but it went well. Setbacks that did not greatly hamper our stay. Thank you very much!

We have been tenants in a building recently sold three months ago. The new landlords hired City Relay as the property manager, and it has been a very frustrating experience.From the start, we raised five serious issues, and not a single one has been resolved. Our oven is emitting dangerous levels of heat, posing a risk to our young children. The boiler stopped being controlled by the thermostat, making temperature regulation impossible. The buzzer to the building's front door doesn't work, and despite three adults living in the flat, they replaced the front door lock and only provided one key.The situation worsened during half-term when the front door was broken in. City Relay took a week to replace it, during which time one of the flats in our building was broken into. To make matters worse, City Relay did not inform the tenants about the robbery; we only found out when the police came knocking on our door asking for information. This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable and has put our safety at risk.The team responsible for our building is unresponsive and shows a lack of efficiency. They also refuse to provide us with the landlord’s contact information so we can escalate our complaints.City Relay’s management has been disappointing. Their lack of attention to tenant safety and wellbeing is concerning. I would advise caution when considering their services.

Bright, cozy, clean and well-stocked flat in a nice London neighbourhood. 10 minutes from the Fulham metro. Quiet and comfortable up to 4 people because it has a mezzanine where the sofa bed is located and the apartment looks bigger. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed.

GoogleCity Relay did manage to market my property well, and occupancy rate was high.
However they did not do a good job of managing - and left me with a lot of stressful situations to deal with whilst I was overseas;
City Relay wanted me to replace the already-new mattress because one guest thought it was uncomfortable when every other guest has been happy with it.
A guest managed to break a balcony door, not report it for several weeks and City Relay did not want to charge them for it.
When I returned to the flat it hadn't been cleaned very well at all; Paintings had been removed from the walls and piled up above the cupboards. The oven was completely dirty, there were drink cans under the sofa, toothpicks in the sofa, nail varnish spilt in the bathroom and on the carpet, tape residue all over the bedroom walls, cupboard and windows.
In short, if you care about your property, I cannot recommend City Relay.

GoogleWe have rented an air bnb with city relay and Akim’s team helped us with a checkin and checkout experience. The flat itself was well stocked and had extra towels and linens which we appreciated and also had the necessary cooking appliances. The only thing not perfect was only 2 capsules for dishwasher for a 7 day trip, which we found to not be enough so we had to wash some by hand (with the washing liquid available in the place)
