GoogleAmazing experience thanks to Akim for making the process so smooth and seamless. Beautiful, clean place close to the nearby train station as well as lots of amazing brunch and dinner resturaunts. Would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay in London. We arrived at 1am but check in was no problem. Akim was very helpful the whole time and I have never met such a competent staff member. One night we forgot our key, but again he helped us immediately. What a great service. We would definitely come again!Many thanks to the whole team and see you next time!

the apartment that we stayed in was great. very roomy and spacious. There were 6 of us and we all were very comfortable. The place was very clean and very modern with full working kitchen.Plenty of towels and bed linen. Would definitely consider staying again.

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was great. There was a small counter with plates and cutlery which was fantastic.

Googlethe house was in a central place, we found it clean and comfortable for 4 people. the staff was always available and immediately helped us with our needs. the house should be equipped with some small things that are now missing and which would make the stay more pleasant. in fact it lacks a tablecloth, a kitchen cleaning kit, cooking knives, trivets, coffee cups, etc. a small expense to help guests. thanks to akim for his kindness and professionalism

GoogleGood experience with this Company, appartment very new and confortable in a good place. We have an issue with the wifi and solved in minutes. Everything perfect. Some friends from Spain were expecting my impression of the appartment and I told them that everything was perfect. Just a few comment: Beds a little bit bigger for two adults would be the best!!!......but im talking from my oppinion because I have a Queen bed in my house... Regards.

GoogleAkim from City Relay was a great help throughout the trip. His responses were friendly and quick. My stay was good. The check in process was a little bit confusing as we had to pick up/drop off the keys at a random convenience store, plus Google maps takes you to the back entrance instead of the main one where the entrance key works. City Relay did mention this in their description but adding pictures would definitely be a bigger help. But overall the room itself is really nice looking and comfortable which I loved.

GoogleStayed for 5 nights in June visiting family. Everything from making the reservation to checking in/out was a breeze. Akim at City Relay really made sure our trip went smoothly. The place was a perfect size for my family and I, and was located in a great location - not far from the tube as well as many cafe’s and restaurant. With the small kitchen we were able to prepare some out our own meals as well. The only item missing that we are used to back home, was a microwave, but that was hardly an issue. Overall a great stay!

GoogleWe had a trouble free stay in Camberwell hosted by City Relay. Akim ensured everything was in order with the accommodation and all our needs were met. Have to acknowledge how comfortable the bed was too, given my wife is very fussy in this department 😊 It is a lovely property in a quiet residential area with easy public transport connections to the City. The 36 or 436 bus service within a couple of minutes walk was so convenient, with a pleasant longer walk to Denmark Hill train station also taken advantage of. This had a non stop service to Victoria Station in the heart of London.

GoogleThe apartment is very comfortable for two couples, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! So much space, even if the drawers should be fixed to the wall because of the risk of falling on the children. Large living room with all the tools for cooking. Excellent location, close to the station and shops. Bus stop nearby. Maybe a bit noisy, but I would say we are happy. Akim of City Relay came to see that everything was ok. Very positive experience. They also respond very quickly to any what'sApp request! Excellent...I will contact them again

Very good experience! Ana Bernardino was great to work with, answered my questions, and communicated well. Picking up my keys was easy for my short term rental - and they also offer to meet you at the apartment.The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to many restaurants and the Angel tube stop.I would rent from City Relay again.

GoogleDominique at City Relay was very helpful, friendly and professional in answering my queries about the City Relay process. One of the things I most valued was that there was no hard sell. It made a big difference. Unfortunately due to factors independent of City Relay we weren't able to go ahead but if circumstances do change I would return to City Relay. A positive experience.
