The City Relay team responded quickly to my needs and were extremely helpful during my stay in London. I would only suggest small conveniences pertaining to the unit as improvements (such as more cutlery/silverware for use, pots/pans for cooking, etc.) but the team does a superb job in maintaining a beautiful and clean unit. Would definitely recommend to any friends and others visiting London.

GoogleThe apartment was very clean and nice and was as described. Whenever I had a question, Akim Courail-Jones was responsive, respectful, and timely. I never had to wait and everything was delightful. Highly recommend Akim and the team at City Relay.

TrustpilotAn Apartment which is safe and cozy
The apartment was v clean and cozy, perfect for two people, location wise was perfect to get to LSBU and also into central London via buses. A few items I need to comment are below:1. Considering we stayed for 9nights/ 10 days we would expect the starter pack which has the toilet rolls and washing machine washing powder to be more generous, in the end we had to buy our own as it will be charged if we ask for more and also a £40 delivery charges. 2. Kitchen sink needs a sponge or towel or a mat to stop the timber around sink to get wet, the timber around the kitchen sink is rotting. Maybe a cleaning sponge holder or tray will help. 3. Shower in the bathroom, the water pressure is way too low, we are in Sept so it is still ok, but in winter one will be expected to catch a cold easily. Generally, we are satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the place. 4. Some nights as the bedroom faces the main road can be noisy.

We have a very good stay, thanks for Akim and Pabs. We got everything we need, good location, facilities and clean towels. The place was cozy, lovely and clean. Underground station was about 5-10min walk and the area was quiet and safe. We have a very good rest and warm place in London. The host was very friendly and responsible, thank you so much!

Contacted City Relay to see if I could let my flat with them. Akim came and explained everything. He was very polite, friendly and at the same time highly professional. He considered what I wanted to get out of this rental agreement and he came up with suggestions that would work for both of us. I have done Airbnb myself and the prices Akim suggested seemed very reasonable. Overall, excellent first impression. Thank you :)

We booked a great London apartment for a fortnight in September. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and charming. The location was excellent. Public transport, shops and restaurants were all nearby. The light but frequent noises of the garage door on the ground floor were the only negative point for us. Team City Relay gave excellent service. Response times were very short. Tanja arranged a second set of keys within a day. We´d love to come back!

GoogleGreat find. A lovely little 1BR apartment in Notting Hill, mix of modern and Portobello market-finds décor. Everything supplied and great location. The City Relay people were very helpful and informative with updates prior to checkin. Allowing us to checkin early and also keeping in touch during our stay to make sure everything was as expected or if anything was required. Checkout was as equally easy and accommodating. Very happy with the service and the apartment. A friend stayed at a local hotel and it cost him twice the price without the privacy and extras that the flat gave us. Highly recommend and will definitely be using City Relay again, hopefully with the same apartment as it was perfect for us. Many thanks.

GoogleI have booked accommodation from FG properties 3 x times in London now and every time the booking has been really easy to complete, simple to check in and the apartments are first class! Everything in the apartment is up to a high standard, the beds are very comfortable and locations have always been within walking distance of shops, bars/restaurants and travel stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful particularly Albert & Ana who I have dealt with every time. Can't recommend this company enough if you are looking for a comfortable stay in London!

GoogleWe stayed at Chelsea Chic apartment in early september 2014 for five nights and found the flat very nice. The location was excellent with easy access to buses from the Kensington and Chelsea hospital as well as the two nearby tube stations, West Bromley and Earl's Court. The neighbourhood is lovely with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. There is a Starbucks two blocks away near the hospital. In that area there are grocery stores too which was helpfull as I cooked a few meals while we were there. The facilities in the flat were carefully thought out. Good wifi, well equipped kitchen, nicely renovated small bathroom with heated floor, big living room with dining area, good TV, comfortable bed. I would certainly consider coming back to this lovely flat again when we are in London.

GoogleI have been last week at 2BR - Chelsea/South Kensington-NJ apt with a colleague. I know very well London, the area is quite and fantastic. Tha flat is great, sunny, very very clean and confortable. Key delivery and assistance was really number one :-)! A special thank to Giulia that was wonderful in supporting us from FG Property Mgmt. We will return back to that FG Prop Mgmt flat or any other more expensive, being granted the special device of these guys.

GoogleFG Property Management is a Professional company, answers calls and mails very quickly and are very helpful. The Apartment in 40 Gertrude Street, London SW10 was super, very spacious, big bedrooms, very big living area, two bathrooms and a nicely equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and the neighbors where very quiet. Tube stations are a 20 minute walk, but buses are just round the corner. There are lots of Restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. We had a great time and would recomend the apartment to anyone.
