The notice came while my family was traveling to London, and luckily I received their message simply because I was not in the same flight.
No further courtesy to organise a safe relocation or to safeguard a family of mother, grandmother and 3-year old child.
People should keep away from this scam

Having stayed in a City Relay property over the August Bank holiday I would wholeheartedly advise others to use this company when visiting London. The property in Fulham was in an excellent location and the flat was modern and well equipped. The staff were fantastic. I mainly dealt with Laura prior to and during my stay and with Akim post stay. Both members of staff are a credit to the company.

We stayed for four nights in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Our apartment was very clean and modern with wooden floors and a small but excellently designed bathroom. All necessities for our stay were there. Getting in touch with Akim at CityRelay was very pleasant. Occuring small problems were solved within very short time and our contact was very friendly and absolutely helpful. We completely enjoyed our time and would love to repeat this experience the next time we’re coming to London.

The apartment was good, close to a train station, and had a bus stop out front. Walking distance to a bunch of food and grocery options. Main distraction was that someone just walked in while we were in the apartment. No courtesy knock before they entered. And there was a coffee and tea station but no coffee or tea for us to use. I don’t know if that normal for the UK to not provide that but it was odd for there to be jars labeled like they had supplies for it to be empty. Otherwise Akim and the city relay staff were quick to reply. The flexibility they offered wasn’t as flexible as I thought it would be but some changes I asked for were last minute.
