The host is very responsive. Especially thanks to Akim, who was very helpful. He solved all the issues that arose.The houses are comfortable. The only thing that might be better are kitchen tools: dish washer’s tablets, salt and pepper, and cutting board. I advise to book this home

The service was great and the staff was very helpful, especially Akim, who gave me a detailed introduction of the house and the best spots to visit during my stay there. The house had everything that we needed so I highly recommend it.

Their communication through the booking process was great. There were also good communication as our arrival approached. We had minor problem with the internet which was resolved very quickly. The apartment itself was compact but had everything we needed and the location near tube and bus links, shopping and parks.

Great experience from get go and the very first interaction with the City Relay team . Timely responses, problem solving approach y each and everyone we interacted with - Miguel, Matilde. Akim was extremely helpful with the checkin, helping with the bags and settling us in. The apartment was an absolute delight - fresh and neat, clean , extremely functional, charming, well lit, quiet, green, close to tube and amenities. We would definitely stay again.

GoogleMy stay was really good. The place was clean and cozy. Slight miss communication regarding the code to retrieve the key. Outside of that was a pleasant experience. Very accessible to the trains and for food shopping. Akim is a great host and would love to come back again if available.

GoogleOur stay was very comfortable, in the heart of Peckam, a black neighborhood that is not very touristy but authentic. The assistance of the structure with Akim was also very positive and promptly satisfied all our logistical and technical needs.

We had a nice short stay at a city relay accommodation. Communication with Akim and the customer team was very easy and comfortable via WhatsApp and reaction was super fast. Flat was clean and cozy.

Apartment was just as like described. Very spacious and clean. Very close to train station. However heater/cooling system was not working, but did not affect quality of stay

Highly recommend staying with City Relay. The 2 bedroom flat that I rented was as good as new, looked exactly as showed in pictures, and located in a prime area in London city. The place was also close to grocery shops and an underground station. So, I would assume City Relay consider these conditions in general. They were also very quick in responding to me when I needed help. Customer service was great!

GoogleThe property was clean and nice. I absolutely loved the neighborhood. It is so close to big parks and also Thames riverside. The city relay team, specifically Akim were really helpful and responsive. I will surely like to stay there again.
