Firstly the home was beautiful. The photos didn’t do it any justice. The property was first class and super homey. We felt as though we were staying in at our own home. It’s fantastically equipped and service is immediate. The following people made our stay memorable: Monica, Cornelia, Josephine and Alma. We not only will recommend this place and happy to recommend city relay but will surely be staying with them again.

Great place to stay but a couple of small things could be improved such as some new plates and cutlery, plus the light fittings need looking at.I lived around the corner in Chiswick for 16 years so I know it well and can recommend it to anyone looking for an almost village feel but still very central plus there are a number of gastro pubs plus an easy 94 bus ride to Westfield Shopping Centre.

GoogleGreat apartment in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was beautiful and cozy. Perfect for a family with 2 kids. Akim and the team were very proactive with communication and even offered an early check-in without us asking.

I like the accommodation. I do not like the upkeep of the balcony furnitures. Cushions were not supplied for benches place at the balcony.
