Cosy pleasant accommodation. Very clean. It has got everything you need. The position is central, next to Earl's Court station, bus stop and to shop food a big Tesco just nearby. A very quiet and safe place to stay. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful, as soon you message them they reply to you. We will go back and suggests to friends and family.

He was able to answer all my questions on the property , arrange my viewings in a very short time and the whole process went smooth and fast which rarely happens with estate agents in London! I stayed 5 days in Belgravia 46 and the experience was awesome. The apartment is in a perfect location: in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to Victoria Station and Sloane Square underground (10 minutes by foot). The apartment itself is spacious with two bedrooms, 1 and half toilets and a large living /kitchen area. Its position at 8th floor (of course with an elevator) gives wide views on the surrounding area. The support by City Relay (and by Akim in particular) was efficient and prompt. Absolutely recommended.

GoogleWe had a lovely stay. The flat was beautiful and well-appointed and Akim was very responsive at all hours and helpful when we ran into an issue with extreme heat. He delivered fans promptly.

Very comfortable one bedroom apartment conveniently located right next to the Gunnersbury Tube Station and Bus Stop. Apartment is quiet and provides quick access to all points in London. Numerous nice restaurants and pubs within 10 to 15 minutes walk in several directions.

We loved our stay with City Relay while in London! Akim helped to organise our stay before we got there and was very helpful throughout! The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed (we also had a toddler with us) and the location was perfect. It was at the end of a very quiet street so nice and peaceful.

The location of this flat is PERFECT! It is near every type of transportation you might need (Paddington Station), and a quick ride on Heathrow Express. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The square outside the flat has a Starbucks, Pret, several restaurants, and a small grocery shop. Inside Paddington Station are a lot of options for shopping and food. A quick walk takes you to the bustling streets of Paddington where you will find anything you might need. Akim and his staff were quick to respond to all communication. The flat is very comfortable and equipped with all the items needed for a lovely stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the flat is perfect. It’s located in safe area, directly next to Hyde Park. So you can walk to bus or tube within a few minutes. But London has quite the nightlife so it can be also a disadvantage as it could get loud during the night. The flat itself has everything one needs. Especially the terrace and the chance to dine outside was amazing. If you need any help or you got problems - Akim will assist you via WhatsApp or phone directly.

City Relay managed my two-bed flat in East London over summer 2021. They helped me to get the property set up with good quality linen and nice bathroom products, and got pics taken so it could be listed quickly. I had a steady stream of tenants at a good nightly rate. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Oona who helped with a tricky plumbing issue.

GoogleHad a really nice stay at the apartment. Close to the Earls Court Station and easy access to all the sites. Apartment faced inside so it was very quiet day or night. Apartment was comfortable, clean and easy to stay in. All the City Relay employees were friendly and professional. They quickly dealt with any questions or concerns we had and office is close, located just across the street. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
