Any time we have a small issue or question it is resolved quickly and efficiently. Customer service is magnificent and honestly highly recommend! Akim, Katie, Rashmei, Oona, Bea are all excellent and highly recommend them.

Akim Courail came to see to see me and go through the whole process of on-boarding a property. He was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation and knows the City Relay system very well. We didn't sign up on this occasion but City Relay will be the first company I will contact when we do decide to rent out the property.

Our stay in Highgate was exceptional. The location and amenities were exactly as described. The check-in process I found a bit laborious for travelers but it all worked out in the end and we enjoyed the flat immensely.

Clean and cozy apartment very close to Notting Hill Gate station. Convenient location as there are a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants around. Great communication, as Akim was very responsive and friendly.

Our late check in was accomodated with picking up the keys from a 24h corner shop close by. Communication with the host was quick and effective. The terraced garden in these hot summer days was the best place to set our meals even though it could be taken care of a little more. The simpleness of the house makes it comfortable and easy to get used to. The closeness with the shops and the tube makes it effortless to go out and about and the parking space took a weight out of our chest. The bide' was the cherry on the cake!

This luxury apartment was the perfect day for me and my group to celebrate my birthday. It was spacious, clean, and stunning! Very easy to take the train wherever you want to go, the location was also very nice. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying for your next london getaway!

GoogleThe apartment was great. Very true to description, large living area with fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with great bed and lots of storage place. The apartment was super clean when we got it, and Akom and the city relay team left some amenities for us to have a great start. The location is ideally - 5 min. walk from Paddington station and centered on a quite neighborhood. We had a blast, and we will definitely like to come and stay again.
