GoogleGreat place to stay, very clean and tidy and has everything you need. More space than most hotel rooms in the area and the same price if not cheaper. Easy to get the keys and lift available for big suitcases as well. Akim from City Relay was really helpful and you can communicate using WhatsApp and reply was very quick. I managed to extend the stay and they did a clean in between for me. Provided invoices as well as was a business trip. Would stay again

GoogleWe greatly enjoyed our stay at city relay. Easy check in and check out, and we got all the help we needed from Akim at city relay with any questions we had. The apartment was placed within walking distance of the green and red underground, and we could easily get where we wanted. As for the apartment it was great with two bedrooms with a double bed each, a livingroom in open with the kitchen with one bed ant a big couch. The kitchen had what we needed and there were two restrooms with showers.

We loved the flat that we rented for the week! The location was terrific -- close to 3 different underground stops and an easy walk to the British Museum, the West End, and quite nice to walk to the Buckingham Palace. There are some wonderful restaurants nearby as well. The flat was spacious and homey. Parrots singing outside the master bedroom brought even nicer tranquility.

Lovely flat,in North Acton, spacious, well equipped and bright new . Stunning view of London’s skyline in the distance and of Wembley Stadium as well. Staff was very friendly and patient , waiting for us late in the evening. Special thanks to Akim and his colleagues who helped us feeling at home.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the property located at 16 Northdown Street, King's Cross, and I wanted to share some feedback with you regarding my experience.Firstly, I must commend the excellent location of the property. Its proximity to major transportation hubs such as the underground and the Eurostar, as well as the convenience of nearby bus tour stops, made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the abundance of highly-rated restaurants in the area added to the overall appeal of the location.I also want to express my appreciation for the responsiveness and professionalism of the City Relay team. Your prompt assistance via WhatsApp and email was invaluable during my stay.However, I must bring to your attention a few areas where my experience fell short of expectations. It's important for future guests to be fully informed before booking.One notable issue was the lack of provisions for additional guests. While the property does have a sofa bed, it was disappointing to discover that no coverings or extra blankets were provided for this bed, despite the need for them. This resulted in an inconvenience as we had to purchase additional bedding ourselves. The sofa bed wasn't listed, but it would be great to have those provisionsFurthermore, the quality of the WiFi was subpar. As someone who needed reliable internet access for work, I encountered frequent disconnections and difficulties in connecting devices.Another aspect that could be improved is the provision of wash towels. While I understand that hand and body towels are standard, the absence of washcloths was unexpected and inconvenient.Lastly, I feel it's important to note that the property lacks central air conditioning, which may pose a challenge during warmer months. Despite the presence of fans, the rooms remained uncomfortably warm, leading to less-than-ideal sleeping conditions.Despite these challenges, I was able to make the most of my stay and enjoyed the local amenities and interactions with fellow travelers. I hope you find this feedback constructive, and I trust that you will take it into consideration to enhance the overall guest experience at your property. The house was as it looked in the photos. We liked the decoration of the house very much. It had a very pleasant garden. The house was tidy and clean. The owner sent us instructions before we checked in. This was very useful to us, so we entered the house without any problems. Akim, the employee of the owner company, helped us with everything.
