The apartment is spacious and clean. A big plus for two bathrooms. Great location, close to the metro, pubs and restaurants. Great contact with customer service. Akim was very helpful. Quick answers to questions.

GoogleThe direct contact was great, could check-in a bit earlier and were received very nicely. However i did feel quite uncomfortable having to fill out so much personal information on a separate site from where the booking was made, and having to pay a sizable deposit after already having booked and paid for everything, and not being able to cancel anymore.

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Highgate Flat in London through Airbnb, and it was an extremely good experience. The charming 1930s building is a well-preserved architectural gem. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it's the perfect retreat whether you're on holiday or on a business trip. The apartment itself is a cosy haven, meticulously furnished with a keen eye for comfort and flair. Really enjoyed the eco-friendly amenities, which added to the overall charm of the stay. I hope to return soon! I must also commend Akim Courail-Jones for providing an extremely pleasant and professional customer experience. Many thanks.

GoogleWonderful stay at this very comfortable appartment. We had a great time. The appartment has everything you need. The rooms are large. Both wash rooms are very convenient. Kitchen fully equipped and the living room area is also comfortable. I highly recommend this appartment. City relay which takes care of the appartment were very responsive to any qusestion I had and we very quick in supplying any answer to any resuests. I would like to mention Akim Courail-Jones who I understood was actively involved in assuring our smooth and pleasant stay with the rest of the team at City relay. The only 2 comments I do have: 1. There a very unpleasant smell in the lobby of the 8th floor upon exiting the elevator - some degergeant they must use. I already informed City Relay and they said they would contact the building about this. 2. I think the mattress in the room with the en-suite bathroom si too soft. A slightly thicker and less soft mattress would suit a larger crowd in my view. All in all very good stay. Deffinitely a 5 star deserving place. Thank you.

TrustpilotCozy flat - getting the keys was a bit of an hassle
Flat was cozy, unique and very close to Camden Town. Bed was comfy, kitchen equipped with everything one needs and all to all beautiful flat. TV would have been nice. The heating system had some issues, but we got help with it. The biggest minus was that we needed to pick up the key from another part of London. This was not informed to us when booking.

A compact room, well decorated and spotlessly clean . It had everything you need when staying a few days. The contemporary decor and furnishings are pleasant and the staff lovely. The apartments are situated conveniently close to the tube station on both the District and Piccadilly lines so easy access to all attractions and near a large Tesco supermarket.
