GooglePersonally think this is a dishonest agent. If you have to use them, may well consider record each conversation and ask all communication to be done on paper. Also be mindful what the agents told you when showing you the rooms---my suggestion is to ignore whatever good words they said. In short, if you really have to use them, please ask everything to be in paper form and don't be deceived by the superficial friendliness and smile. Of course, better not go there if you could....

GoogleIf you're ever in a vulnerable position, this realtor service will exploit you. Also do not trust these 5* reviews. Not long ago there was a string of low ratings that seem to have disappeared in the space of a month...?
We have absolutely no record of any dealings with a 'Rumi War". If you have been aggrieved as a service user we wish you had followed the appropriate channels in logging a complaint and we would have been more than happy to have helped you with your issue. Since there is no record of any dealings with someone of your name we can only assume this is malicious and have reported it to Google.

The very second I walked into the office, he was well mannered and made me feel welcomed. He assisted me throughout the whole journey and made sure I received top-notch customer service. GoogleI was quite surprised by the level of customer service by city realtor. I’ve been to a number of estate agents in the last few months as I’m looking for a new property but I’m sure that I will be returning to City Realtor in the near future, Jay in particular was empathetic to my realtor needs and helped me assess my needs and decide what is best for me, 9/10 would recommend.

GoogleMy dealings with City realtor have been excellent. The level of service I recieved has meant that I have rented out my properties through the company for 5-6 years as they consistently found me good reliable tenants. I have also recommended four of my friends have been using them for the past 4 years with no problems definitely a good estate agent and reliable professional service given at all times

GoogleBe very careful with this cheap agency they try to charge my friend to get tenants reference. they text her telling that an agency asking for reference for her and without a fee payment they wouldn’t give any reference
