GoogleReliable, Trustworthy and Excellent Customer Service. The agents here provided me as a landlord very competitive rent and for them it was not just about the money but took great care in finding tenants that were to a very good standard that will look after the property. They are quick in letting the property, resolving any issues and kept me updated throughout the process. Have been with them for many years and plan to use their superb services for many more with future business.

GoogleDon't trust the legitimacy of 5 star reviews. If I could give 0, I would. They rented a flat that was in shocking condition, made all tenants ill, with so much wrong with it. We asked again and again for things to be fixed ans it was ignored, or they'd get one of their dim witted contracters to come in, do half (if that) of the job yet still manage to leave mess and debris everywhere, or make the problem worse than to start with. Constant issues with little care when we reportes everything through the appropriate channels every single time, there were things reported monthly over the course of the year from move in that never got fixed and then they tried to claim damages on. Mould everywhere that we did our best to treat but needed proper intervention. Fixings falling off the walls, filthy, wires sticking out in numerous places. Anything you can think of was wrong, and spent the entire tenancy overpaying for a borderline unlivable property and begging them to fix things when they didn't care. When it came to moving out they claimed they would set us up with cleaners so we wouldn't have to lose our deposit, never got in contact about it despite us asking multiple times then took an extortionate fee out of our deposit. Also tried to claim damages that were already there and we had to bombard them with emails and threaten legal action to get any kind of response. DO NOT RENT FROM CITY REALTOR

GoogleI requested to speak to a agent in regards of a commercial property, didnt hear for a week and then called today and they are saying if they havnt called you their is an offer for it, thats a joke i was ready to put a much better offer. GoogleIncredibly disappointed with my experience with City Realtors. Rented my first flat in London through them and the service has been poor from the outset. From them giving me the wrong keys on move in day, leaving me locked out of my own flat overnight during the work week, to being difficult when asking them to provide my future landlord with a reference, it's just been very far from ideal. The one positive is whenever I have needed to get hold of them (within standard office hours) they have come back to me relatively quickly and attempted to solve the problems - hence the 2 star review, however it is worth noting that you have to be proactive in chasing them to solve any issues. I expect they are a company taking on too much responsibility without the right resources to manage them. Edit: In addition to this, they tried to take money out of our deposits for wear and tear that was there when we moved in - for marks on the carpet and mattresses. We knew we didn’t make these marks, and appealed these, and it wasn’t until we sent them back the video viewing they initially sent to us before we moved in containing these marks, that they fully refunded us the deposits.

GoogleThe nicest agents I have met, and I went through a few. Was shown around a lovely room by Sam, he was so friendly, and then signed all my documents with Rif, who was super helpful and understanding when I asked him the same question three times. So helpful, friendly and professional and so glad we are using them. And the prices are a lot cheaper than most other realtors! Highly recommend.

Everything happened really quickly and they have been great to work with. They responded instantly to all queries and have managed all tenant requests well which took the pressure off me. GoogleAs all of the other reviews are stating stay away from this estate agents. Took us months to get our deposit back and only got it back when we told them we were formally disputing with TDS. Lots of things went unfixed throughout the year. The end of year inspection bordered on threatening. Make sure you take photos of everything because they will try to take every penny.
