A particularly friendly, professional and personable bunch! City Realtor have made my experience of renting in East London for the last 2 years a joy. They really go out of their way to resolve any issues and to make sure that everyone is happy, and they do so with a smile on their face. With their family-run vibe and good range of expertise they make a really strong team. Amina in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond to make my renting experience a really positive one. Thanks Amina!

Completely uncommunicative and rude. Ignored me entirely when I asked for updates on the return of my deposit after moving out despite 4 follow up emails spanning two weeks. Tried to blame established issues from previous tenants on us demand that we fix them prior to moving out, despite them being photographed as issues in inventory before we moved in. Very quick to roll out contracts and keen to move tenants in, but entirely useless and unresponsive in move out. Nearly 3 weeks after moving out and I still do not have my deposit back nor have the agency responded to my individual emails expressing my concerns. I do NOT recommend.

Beverly Fidgeon she took my money and she said my documents are fake / Fraudulent she didn't even provided proper evidence, She simply said we can't provide you the house neither deposit back! It was unfair for them took that much money ! It's £600 no lesser than one month rent for a person. I was wondering how they gonna live with someone's hard earned money , Seems like they fooled us . There's no proper evidence no proper email or nothing , they didn't even returned our deposit back . I also mentioned we couldn't pass the referencing as we don't have guarantor but she said she'll take care of that and she forced us to start the referencing! Now we lost £600 she just said We're Fraudulent and deposit forfeited without proper evidence I also told please do the cross check we sent it correctly and she stopped responding to us. Because of her i lost the house and our hard earned Money . Im not blaming entire agency but only her! We begged her to give our money back she didn't responded probably that's how she takes money from everyone and use it for her own good. She's unfit as an agent and she doesn't know how to deal with the clients. Officially didn't received any email how the documents are fake . Im writing this with such pain because she isn't responding back i guess agent wouldn't understand because she's surviving by taking people's money! Never ever suggesting anyone to go for this Agency!!!!!!!!

Ezekiel’s service was very good and professional. He showed us the property and got the ball rolling the same day. He also sorted out all the stuff we needed with the landlord. Thank you for your help!

Awful experience. Apartment was riddled with bed bugs upon move in. I had really bad skin reaction because of it. They charged us for replacing a lock that was working perfectly when we moved out. Also charged us cleaning fees when we left the flat in better condition than it was when we moved in. Really really wouldn't reccomend using this agency. Very difficult to deal with and they will take as much of your deposit as they can.

As a student in the UK, I found it challenging to secure a rental property, as many landlords are hesitant to rent to students. City Realtor really stepped up, the agent was supportive, professional, and did everything they could to help me find a suitable home with prices affordable for students. The process was smooth and stress-free, and I’m so excited to finally settle into my new rental house. I’d definitely recommend them to other students looking for a place!

Good services provided by the team when I was looking for a flat to stay near my college. They managed to find me a good place within the budget I was looking for. I was picky and had gone through a few homes so it took sometime till we got the right one. In terms of repairs, thankfully I manage to get prompt responses and got my heater fixed quick! I didn’t have much issues in terms of the home after that. I haven’t had any bad experiences when I rented and I do appreciate their good service. It was easy to deal with them. I also made sure to take pictures of the home before entering to ensure my own safekeeping and got my deposit back. Would recommend to all those finding a place to rent in London!

They will not stop emailing me despite asking multiple staff to remove my details from their lists, and blocking multiple email addresses of theirs. I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.
