The very second I walked into the office, he was well mannered and made me feel welcomed. He assisted me throughout the whole journey and made sure I received top-notch customer service. GoogleI was quite surprised by the level of customer service by city realtor. I’ve been to a number of estate agents in the last few months as I’m looking for a new property but I’m sure that I will be returning to City Realtor in the near future, Jay in particular was empathetic to my realtor needs and helped me assess my needs and decide what is best for me, 9/10 would recommend.

GoogleMy dealings with City realtor have been excellent. The level of service I recieved has meant that I have rented out my properties through the company for 5-6 years as they consistently found me good reliable tenants. I have also recommended four of my friends have been using them for the past 4 years with no problems definitely a good estate agent and reliable professional service given at all times

GoogleBe very careful with this cheap agency they try to charge my friend to get tenants reference. they text her telling that an agency asking for reference for her and without a fee payment they wouldn’t give any reference

GooglePoor service, unreliable, locks not up to standard, flat was disgusting when we moved in, bed was broken, holes in all the walls, tiles falling off the walls.
Dear William, we have no record of any dealings with someone of your name. We have thus reported your review as hateful to Google. If indeed you were a service user then you should have contacted the office directly first with any issues you faced and we would have been more than happy to assist you. However, on this occasion sadly this seems purely vicious to us. :-(
