GoogleHad an excellent experience finding a place to rent with Laura; she called within the hour of first sending an enquiry to let us know that the apartment was unfortunately taken, but was able to provide an excellent alternative immediately that fit our budget and requirements. Everything went smoothly from there - for the viewing, offer, and acceptance with prompt and clear communication throughout. This has thus far been my best experience finding a flat in central London - would recommend!

GoogleImpeccable Service ! I have been buying and selling my home in London for years and Circa definitely comes up to the very top of ratings. Instead of the formulaic approach that the corporate agencies offer, Circa gives such a thoughtful and insightful service that never makes you feel you are just yet another worrisome client. The friendly team asks detailed and balanced questions whether you are buying, selling or renting ( I have done all three !) and continues to follow through with prompt, honest and straightforward information. GoogleThe team at Circa London were fantastic and a great help. They helped us find the property, were very efficient with the offer and forms that needed to be signed, and also very good communications. We were able to communicate very easily with Circa London and the estate agent we used which is Carina. Our experience with Carina was superb. She was attentive in helping us find our property, and also very helpful in any queries we had. Moving in was hassle free, where Circa and Carina had everything prepared for us, which included maintenance on the property and even parking permits for the area. Carina and her team even followed up with us after we had moved in to check if everything had run smoothly and we were settling in well. Circa London have been outstanding from start to finish and have looked after us all of the way through. We are very impressed with the service and I recommend using Circa London.

GoogleAshley and Isabelle were both exceptional. They recently sold our flat in Bankside. They were knowledgable, charming and clear. They had great insttincts for the flat and perfectly understood the area, and the market in general. They were realistic and honest from the outset, as well as being lovely to deal with. They were also succesful in what they set out to do. To anyone selling a flat (or buying) in the Bankside area, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

GoogleCirca were the agents who showed me a flat I subsequently purchased and throughout the process, from initial viewing to close, I was impressed by the enthusiasm, helpfulness and professionalism of Ashley and his team, in particular Isabelle. Both were very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful at every stage in getting the sale through. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to instruct them were I to look to sell a property.

You could tell she had read up on the flats before the viewings, which felt sincere and put in the extra effort to answer any additional questions Organising viewings was so easy, she was very responsive and easy to get hold of. GoogleRocio has been my property manager for 2 years now and she's been very reliable and responsive in addressing tenants' problems in a timely and professional manner. There was a drainage issue earlier, and she promptly responded to my request and arranged a plumber quickly. She made the process as stress free and smooth as possible. She is super helpful and friendly! Cannot recommend her and the agency enough Thank you Rocio xx

GoogleI had Rocio Herbera De La Ballina as my Property Manager and had an amazing experience!! Highly recommend working with their agency from this experience. Rocio was able to help me with any issues that came up during my rent and did so in a really timely matter. She was always available for emergencies and really took care of me and made me feel very at home. I will miss having her as my property manager and hope to get to work with her again in the future.

We first met Carina looking at another flat, she noted what we were looking for and kept in touch when our perfect flat came onto the market! Dealing with Carina has been a really pleasant, easy experience and wildly in contrast to renting with other London agencies, where you’re never really sure what the truth is… I would definitely recommend renting through Circa and although we’ve only recently started liaising with the property management team - all good there as well!

I had the added stress of moving from abroad but Riley was extremely helpful in finding the perfect flat in the area I wanted--keeping me updated when properties that fit what I was looking for came onto the market. All messages and phone calls were promptly answered and all communications were clear and professional.
