I booked my storage but at short notice had to change the day as couldn’t move my belongings for another 10 days. Mark was very accommodating and kept the storage space reserved for me. Very helpful and professional, and the price is good as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Cinch storage. Thanks for a great service.

Staff extremely helpful over the phone assisting in determining appropriate storage unit sizes and providing quotations for units likely to be suitable. At the facility itself Fatima was extremely pleasant and helpful showing my wife and I around the storage units and completing the requisite paperwork for us to hire a unit.

Cinch offers a very personal service, at the outset we asked for a bigger unit and Cinch reviewed that and suggested a smaller one which was refreshing 😁great value, super introductory offer and easy access. I would highly recommend using Cinch for your storage facilities - thank you Cingh for looking after my possessions whilst I waited for a completion date 🙏

Only used the storage for a short while but everybody at the Chippenham branch, especially Andrew made the whole experience hassle free and easy. I would certainly recommend to anybody needing some storage in the area.

GoogleClinch self storage is amazing! My experience here has been top notch! Robin has been so helpful and I can’t praise him enough! Super clean space and really convenient distance to my house and there is a petrol station right next door! What more do you need?

Excellent service. It was our first time using a storage facility and Stuart was brilliant! From the initial enquiry to helping us on the day - he made the whole process so easy…Very clean facilities and so easy to load and unload our stuff. Great initial discounted price too! Very happy with Cinch Self storage in Brighton and would definitely recommend them.

You know when you don’t need the hard sale - Sally was absolutely amazing listened to what we needed and found storage to suit and at a bargain price too. Was great knowing that the site was so secure and Sally / team there to assist if you needed a hand with anything. By far the best storage I have found over years of using other solutions.

We hired a 95sq ft unit for a month from Andrew at Chippenham to help us with the transition of moving house and it was great. Access was straightforward and easy and the costs were very reasonable too. All in all, great value for money and an excellent storage facility, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Moved up from Hampshire to Wiltshire and needed to find a storage place near to Corsham. Went with Cinch self-storage in Chippenham. Dealt with Andrew (manager) and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole period that we had our stuff stored there. Would highly recommend these guys if you live in the local area or are moving up this way.

We had a great experience with Cinch storage. We wanted something easily accessible from our central Southend location and since first contact the service has been fantastic. When we called last minute on a Saturday with a van full of goods (we were running very late..) Mark kindly said he would process the paperwork quickly and he stayed overtime to let us unload. We would have been stuck with a van load in our home until the next weekend without this personal attention. Top marks all round from a happy new customer!
