The staff at Cinch Storage Leighton Buzzard are very professional and personable. They assisted and advised me in the size and type of storage I needed, explained everything I needed to know and whenever I needed something like 24 hour access they squared this away with no issue. The storage itself is very secure with three security points you need to access to allow you in. I’d highly recommend them.

We decided on the day we was moving to get storage. Lauren was very friendly and helpful with getting this sorted for us. We managed to empty the storage before the date we had paid up to and Becky, again very friendly and helpful, informed us we would get a refund which we wasn’t expecting. From my first contact with a member of the staff from Cinch storage Newmarket I was amazed how friendly efficient and helpful she was. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless and easy. The female I spoke to even recommended the size of the unit I needed and was spot on. I already recommended Cinch to a friend who needed storage and was informed by Cinch that I would receive £30 discount off my bill. Very surprised how warm and helpful the staff are and they have everything you might need for your move and very competitive pricing. Would sincerely recommend this company to anyone looking for storage. Finally I’m disabled and they made sure my unit was close to the entrance and on the ground floor. Cannot fault them in anyway

CinchBrentwood is the best place to have an office to work with their great customer service and clean facilities, quite area with greenery and safe parking spaces, Really loved working from my office there❤️ the only thing that make me leave my lovely office was the price which is too expensive!, I have got the same office space with a lot cheaper almost £300 cheaper, but other than that they deserve more than 5stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I say thank you for their welcoming faces every time I see them with that big smile thank you 🙏👍

As first timers, the process could not have been easier after a call to Ed at Cinch in Seaford. Advice given on unit sizing, pricing & insurance helped us massively as we had no idea what we might need to begin with. The clear explanations about the booking process and willingness to help made the whole experience far easier than anticipated. Seaford’s offering is brand new, spotlessly clean, & easy for our removal firms to locate. We opted for 24/7 access so easy to access our unit using personal codes, and peace of mind over security provision.

Moving house was far less stressful with the option to gradually move stuff into storage before the move, and then move stuff out when we were ready, into the new house.Cinch Leighton Buzzard made this easy, with access whenever it suited us, plenty of parking close to the units, and helpful staff on hand when needed. Jason was particularly helpful.
