Well I had a situation with my move last Friday whereby we were running quite late and I was put at ease by the pleasant, professional and friendly Receptionist at Sittingbourne. She granted me extended time to accommodate and to ensure the move could be completed efficiently. Also, overall, her willingness to communicate effectively and help resolve a situation and put things back on track was second to none. Taking the stress out of a stressful situation is her uniqueness and Anita passed with flying colours. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to friends and colleagues

I have found the service provided to be friendly and efficient. On the day of our moving the assistance provided was much appreciated, as we needed more storage space this was provided without any fuss and made the whole moving experience less stressful. In particular Andrew has most helpful and pleasant every time I have visited. I have enjoyed reading the witty quotations in the lift which help to make each visit interesting and amusing. I can highly recommend Cinch to anyone looking for storage facilities.

I was at Cinch Self Storage in Enfield for approximately two years, initially finding it accommodating to my needs. However, a promising start devolved into a series of challenges and disappointments, culminating in an unsatisfactory departure.Initially, the facility met my requirements adequately. Unfortunately, issues soon arose, most notably the dwindling parking space due to abandoned vans occupying precious spots for over a year. This, coupled with a perpetually broken shutter and damaged flooring near the entrance, posed safety hazards and hindered the ease of moving items. My experience was marred by a substantial decline in service quality and maintenance.The most frustrating aspect was the unexpected and frequent price hikes. Within a short span of six months, I encountered two price increases, causing a substantial rise in payments from an initially reasonable rate to an exorbitant sum, exceeding over £600 for two units.Upon bringing these concerns to the store manager, seeking resolution and hoping for a more positive experience, the response was dismissive. Our valid complaints were downplayed, with assertions that these issues were recent, despite evidence to the contrary.The process of vacating the units was met with further obstacles. Despite adhering to the stipulated two-week notice period for departure, we encountered resistance and were erroneously charged for an additional month, burdened with unjustified moving fees and insurance charges for the entire month on both units. Attempts to negotiate and reason with the management were met with delays and unfulfilled promises.While some staff members demonstrated friendliness and courtesy, the company's ethos appeared profit-driven, prioritizing financial gains over customer satisfaction and operational upkeep.In conclusion, my two-year tenure with Cinch Self Storage in Enfield culminated in a regrettable departure, marred by unexpected charges, unresolved issues, and unfulfilled promises. I caution potential clients against choosing Cinch, recommending established storage providers with a commitment to equitable treatment and customer satisfaction.Update: Me and my business partner were renting the units. If we were able to merge into one person maybe i would have also been on the account. Your false claims amuse me, send me proof of you providing us a quote matching the price we sent you over. We are still waiting for this quote today. False claims of verbally abusing staff couldn't be more untrue. On our exit we were charged more even when we were promised no additional charges, the very nice worker at the time had nothing but good words about us and we even helped her clean out our unit. Your lack of accountability and ability to resolve an issue clearly is an internal issue.

Hi Alex, Thank you for your review. I have followed up with our store team in relation to the points you have raised. While there are no records of you being an account holder, it appears that you were working alongside a tenant at the location. When issues were raised by the account holder, about ongoing works on-site, the Store Manager empathised was happy to cancel the price increase on the account. It was acknowledged that the shutter was damaged at some point under the tenancy, unfortunately, as a result of another customer, which was addressed immediately, despite it being on a Saturday evening. When the owner of the account, visited a local competitor, looking for a cheaper rate, the Store Manager agreed to the price match, in order to save them the inconvenience of having to re-locate. Even after the price matched price was agreed, the account owner ended up giving notice to vacate, which was even followed by a three-week credit for insurance on both units, again, in order to make up for any inconvenience experienced. The main account holder expressed his gratitude to the store team for working with him over the period he stored with us, which is always appreciated. However, after reviewing some of the messages you sent to the team, I would like to impress that we do not allow any sort of verbally abusive, inappropriate advances, or rude behaviour towards any of our team members. If there are any further questions or comments about the account, we're happy to speak to the account holder if he wishes to call the store and speak with a member of the team. Super professional, trustworthy company. Great customer service, easy to speak to and very flexible. I had arranged to store my stuff with them in Enfield and felt confident everything would work perfectly, but I ended up cancelling on the day of the move because my friend offered to keep my things for me instead. There was absolutely no issue with cancelling, they're even going to refund me the holding deposit! So I can't speak to the whole process from beginning to end, but everything I've seen so far indicates that they are a great company who take pride in providing a great service, and I would happily recommend them to friends and family. A relief after reading horrible reviews from other companies honestly.

Our removal firm recommended Cinch Storage for the contents of my parents house, as their new house wasn't ready to move in to. Nigel was really friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was arranged over the phone/on line. They provided an excellent customer focused service. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if ever we need storage.

GoogleHaving recently transferred to Cinch from another storage company based in Balham, I've been extremely impressed with the whole experience. Robin & Francis ensured the entire process was seamless, including the use of their van to facilitate the move. I've actually ended up with a slightly bigger unit whilst paying less than I was previously in Balham. The facilities are clean, smart and of course secure, above all the the customer service has been first class! Big shout out and thanks to both Robin and Francis, my only regret is that I wish I'd made the move earlier!

Jason and Matthew in the Leighton Buzzard branch have been amazing from the get go. I had 3 weeks to move from the Netherlands back to the UK. They were efficient with getting the quote, they gave me a great deal as we are taking the unit for a year. On the day of move in they have been helpful guiding the movers, letting me sit in the office in the warm with a coffee while the movers unpack. Even with the uncertainty of needing another unit or a bigger unit. Super flexible and super friendly. If you need a storage unit in Leighton Buzzard this is the place. It is very secure and the response over email a phone is almost immediate. They made moving into the unit a breeze!
