My friend and I needed a storage unit, but was really unclear exactly what size we needed. I had been up one afternoon and was helped massively by the two ladies that were working on that particular day. I then decided that I really should take my friend up so that she could see for herself and make the final decision. We were greeted by another friendly,helpful lady, Kayleigh, who spent the time with us showing a few of the smaller units and helping us pick the right size for my friends needs. I would highly recommend going here, especially as a woman. We weren't judge and nothing was too much trouble.

I have just taken a small serviced office space at Newmarket. Frazer has been a star in all ways. I asked for some small maintenance to be done before I moved in and I arrived this morning to a beautiful office. He has been so helpful with all the moving in items. Can’t fault. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve had a couple of storage units for a while now and recently I had to make some changes. Sally went above and beyond to help me make those changes. It felt as though I had someone working alongside me and not just managing a business to just make money. Great personalised service and the units are good too!

GoogleI have recently stored some household items so that a house can be renovated. Excellent service from Dylan and Rob, they couldn’t be more helpful. They are friendly, engaging and extremely facilitative in their approach - an excellent team. As for the faculty, it is bright, clean and well ventilated reassuring me that soft furnishings and clothes will be safe within. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Jason and Aaron are two fabulous guys who work in the Leighton Buzzard branch. They are very polite, welcoming with a good sense of humour. They are happy to offer help and give advice on suitable packing materials. Jason was helpful in offering advice when I moved house during the summer months last year.

We used self-storage at the Chippenham store for eight weeks and it all went fine. Andrew showed us round the Chippenham branch to check that the space was large enough for our bikes and explained how to set it up with our padlock and use the keypads to enter and exit. Even when my husband set off the room alarm Andrew helped and was really easy to deal with. The whole unit and offices area is so clean and tidy. It was easy to phone up and extend how long we needed the storage for.

Well I had a situation with my move last Friday whereby we were running quite late and I was put at ease by the pleasant, professional and friendly Receptionist at Sittingbourne. She granted me extended time to accommodate and to ensure the move could be completed efficiently. Also, overall, her willingness to communicate effectively and help resolve a situation and put things back on track was second to none. Taking the stress out of a stressful situation is her uniqueness and Anita passed with flying colours. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to friends and colleagues

I have found the service provided to be friendly and efficient. On the day of our moving the assistance provided was much appreciated, as we needed more storage space this was provided without any fuss and made the whole moving experience less stressful. In particular Andrew has most helpful and pleasant every time I have visited. I have enjoyed reading the witty quotations in the lift which help to make each visit interesting and amusing. I can highly recommend Cinch to anyone looking for storage facilities.

Newmarket Cinch....new, modern, well designed building, lifts, trolleys, very clean. Easy to access, get to, park, private & extremely secure. Never had need to use storage before so didn't know what to expect. Jack dealt with my initial enquiry & went out of his way to answer all my queries. I inadvertently sent enquiry form to wrong branch who forwarded it onto Newmarket so clearly on the ball & keen for business specially as my error. The day of signing paperwork was brilliant, easy & thorough albeit missed insurance paperwork but they phoned & cleared it up & sorted swiftly. They agreed times to phone & kept to it but without the feeling of being hassled as seemed to understood reason for storage was clearly a tad stressful time. They even advised best time to sign paperwork to maximise the half price storage period which they didn't have to do advising me ways to ensure what I felt value for money. As obviously a branch of the huge chain Cinch the staff @ Newmarket made it a personnel experience clearly caring about its customers & branch. Cinch should be very proud. I hope for my time there long may it continue. Thank you
