Cinch were pretty much the only stress-free part of moving house, cannot recommend enough. Truly went above and beyond to help, answer questions, explain, assist etc. Also reachable on the phone which can be such a difficult ask! Competitively priced too and special shout out to Andrew. I shopped around, as many consumers do and the team provided me with a very competitive price and the low price was matched with an excellent level of service throughout my time using their facilities.Mark and Lisa were always on hand to assist with any queries, and swiftly rectified a small issue in the first week.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the storage company to anyone, be it long term or short term.

Please do not use them. Cinch over charged us for our storage. Despite ongoing complaint and dispute they took unauthorised funds automatically form the crediit card. On the weekend of our move where we organized help and rented vans, out of hours access did not work. After hours attendance telephone number is a scam which would lead to working from home event loggers only. Discounts were offerered for the inconvenience which were then withdrawn. Long winded, repetative email replies wasted hours of our time and caused further stress. In the End we just gave up and emptied the unit earlier than planned. Store managers and area managers changed jobs and our complaint was left hanging unresolved. Dispute is still ongoing, we will not giveup. |Premium temporary storage for your valuables is supposed to convenient service not a hassel stress of dealing with scammers who overcharge for non service.

Second time I have used Cinch Newmarket. Both times I dealt with Gosia who is beyond helpful ( the whole reception team are) . They’re very competitive with pricing and will offer you the best size unit for your duration . The unit is easy to access and incredibly clean & secure . Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The storage unit I rented was the smallest but was still large enough for a considerable number of boxes. Staff were amenable, helpful and friendly. It was also good that I could get in and out at any time with a special passcode.

A Great team! When we first showed interest in using an external storage unit, Joshua Nimmo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The whole Team at Cinch are very accommodating and friendly. Always pleased to see you and even offered you a hot beverage whilst you worked. The facility itself is rather modern and clean with plenty of parking available. Although if you tend to accumulate a lot of rubbish they didn't appear to have much in the way of waste disposal for large quantities of it. Overall we were very happy with the service provided to us over the 9 months we spent with them. Would be happy to recommend them to other business's in need of offsite storage.

GoogleHad nothing but a great experience with these guys - had a storage unit within the same day as enquiring, staff were always incredibly friendly and accommodating and cancelling the unit when no longer needed was a clear and simple process. The sort of business that when you spend money with them, you feel like you’re getting a quality service in return. Highly recommend.
