No regrets moving to Liberty Lodge

I have celebrated the first anniversary of my move to Liberty Lodge. I have never for a moment regretted it. The Churchill personnel were helpful and supportive throughout, and the Lodge Manager continues that same approach in a cheerful and friendly way. Bury St Edmunds is a great place to live, with its attractive features in walking distance from the lodge.

Fully deserving of 5 stars (and more). Communication throughout the sale was excellent. They let us know when we needed to do anything and were in contact with everyone involved to keep things moving (excuse the pun!) The marketing was excellent, and with their local knowledge I would definitely recommend Churchill Estates to anyone looking to sell in the area. People often give Estate Agents a bad name. How unfair. Because my experience with David Epsom at Churchill Estates, South Woodford, was truly first class. To begin with, he managed to secure a very satisfactory price within just a few hours of the property having been placed on the market. But beyond that, far beyond that, and for a period of many months, he was constantly in touch, keeping me in the frame, behind each and every twist and turn during the sometimes tortuous exchange and completion process - his friendly approach, based on professionalism and experience, very reassuring indeed. So it’s a pleasure to set some of these old estate agent prejudices aside-and let you know that David Epsom and indeed others from the team at Churchills , South Woodford, rock!
