I cannot rate Churchill’s highly enough. Having experienced a number of local estate agents in the area it was refreshing to deal with an agent who ensured they understood exactly what we were after and were clear and direct at all times, rather than either being dismissive because they had more than enough interest in a property or making fake promises (all of which we had experienced with other agents). Once we’d made our offer and had it accepted, Phil was on hand to communicate with us at all times as to the status of the transaction and what was required from us and what was outstanding. I have already recommended Churchill’s to family and if we ever choose to move again I would only want to deal with Churchill’s.

Excellent Estate Agents who were really professional and supportive from start to finish. Phil Mount is dynamic and enthusiastic and from the start knew how to market our property. Ilyas Yapici is super helpful and efficient and went over and above to resolve some issues. The whole team always returned phone calls, checked on progress and gave advice when required. Their knowledge of housing trends and the local area is extensive. A great team of genuine and dedicated people who go out of their way to deliver the best service possible. Highly recommend.

Tebbutt Lodge - Market Harborough

I had the pleasure of staying in the guest suite at Tebbutt Lodge, in Market Harborough, recently. What a super place. The entrance lobby and residents lounge was inviting and cosy for such a large room, and the Guest Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I have just stayed in the guest room at Bechers Court, Old Roan where my mother lives. Suzanne has made the room really special. New beds, bedding and pillows and lovely fluffy towels. There is a tv on the wall and good WiFi. There is also lots of complimentary teas, coffee, milk and biscuits. I love staying there.

I moved to live at Trinity Lodge in Formby four years ago. It is a wonderful location. It is only a five minute walk to the village centre and a 15 minute walk to Formby station The gardens are well maintained I have lovely neighbours. Joe, the Lodge Manager is very helpful and approachable and reassuring he ensures that Trinity Lodge keeps running smoothly at all times and is on hand if anyone needs help or just a chat
