Working with Churchill South Woodford was an absolute pleasure. They understood my search criteria from the offset and steered me to a more suitable property for my needs than the property I enquiried about. That property I subsequently made an offer on and after some straight forward negotiations, the offer was accepted. It was clear as a buyer that they had their vendors interests at heart but they do really care about their buyers too and kept me very well informed throughout the process. Often my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask for them. They say buying a property is stressful, especially as a first time buyer. I didn’t experience this thanks to Alison, Tracey and the team and I would definitely recommend buying through Churchill South Woodford and will certainly be speaking to them when I come to selling or letting in the future.

Our experience of Churchills from start to finish was exceptional. We bought and sold through Churchills recently, and were hugely impressed with the whole team and their level of client service. Our estate agent, Kate Sullivan, has a sixth sense when it comes to understanding her clients' needs, negotiating on their behalf and, crucially, guiding them through the stressful process of selling and buying property. She was a source of sage advice and support throughout the whole process, and saved us from ourselves negotiation wise on more than one occasion! Her knowledge of the local market and her vast experience are impressive, but more than that, she clearly has a passion for helping people find their dream home and goes above and beyond to make sure they secure it. She second guesses where there are likely to be issues or delays and gets ahead of them, continually chasing throughout the chain to make sure things stay on track. After previous dealings with estate agents who are all gloss and no substance, it came as a refreshing change to work with Kate, who works tremendously hard for her clients and really cares about them. We can’t recommend her highly enough. The whole Churchills team operates slickly, with seamless collaboration. When we were in the lucky position of having multiple ‘best and final’ offers on the table for our property, we went into the branch and had an in depth briefing that involved Kate, Phil and Luke, the Mortgage Adviser who works out of Churchills three days a week. All three of them knew our potential buyers well and Luke picked up the phone and spoke to each of them in real time while we were in the branch to assess their relative positions, giving us valuable feedback to help our decision. The Churchills team really are first class team, a cut above the rest!

Clean, safe and well run by caring on-site staff. My mother was made to feel welcome from day one at Bechers Court both by the residents and especially by the court manager Suzanne. No issue is too small for her attention. She gets to know the residents, keeps a keen eye on any maintenance issues and encourages healthy social events and interactions. She has helped make the transition to living in a self contained complex very easy.

The moving in experience after living in my old home for over 35 years was seamless and was even helped to unpack when we arrived . The Sales team were very helpful throughout the process and easy to del with. The apartment is well made and laid out and any snags have been dealt with quickly. The common areas are well furnished and comfortable and a great place to meet other residents . The lodge Manager, Pamela, is both professional and friendly and always keen to sort out any issue . I know I will be happy here and warm !

Trinity Lodge Formby

My parents live at Trinity Lodge in Formby. They moved there about four years ago and they couldn't be happier - a quiet location just a short walk from the village centre, beautifully maintained gardens and the most wonderful neighbours! I visit regularly and stay in the lovely guest room, which is always spotless and comfortable. Joe, the house manager, is amazing - efficient, helpful and reassuring, he keeps Trinity Lodge running smoothly and is on hand with a smile if anyone needs help or just a little chat.

Worthington Lodge Hythe Kent a great place to live.

We are very fortunate to live in a churchill property Worthington Lodge in Hythe Kent. This year we have had both an upgrade of our call system and currently the public areas are being redecorated. This has all been managed on site by our lodge Manager Liz. Not only does she care about the residents she cares about the property. Nothing is ever too much and she always gets things sorted out as quickly as possible. I would never hesitate in recommending our Lodge as a great place to live in Hythe.

I live in a Churchill Lodge which is perfect for a still mobile but 93 year old.

I live in a Churchill Lodge which is extremely well run by our Manager. She sees that all the.maintenance requirements laid down by Churchill for our comfort, wellbeing and safety are carried out. She promotes our social activities and cares about the happiness of all the residents. The building is well constructed and sound proofing is good. The garden could be better planned and at the moment there is adequate parking. My experience is over six years.
