For a number of years owners and friends of Ash Lodge, Walton-on-Thames have shown their support for this wonderful event. This year we took 1200 pounds. The Lounge was set up with stands offering clothes, books, cards and a Tombola Raffle prize. I cannot rate Churchill’s highly enough. Having experienced a number of local estate agents in the area it was refreshing to deal with an agent who ensured they understood exactly what we were after and were clear and direct at all times, rather than either being dismissive because they had more than enough interest in a property or making fake promises (all of which we had experienced with other agents). Once we’d made our offer and had it accepted, Phil was on hand to communicate with us at all times as to the status of the transaction and what was required from us and what was outstanding. I have already recommended Churchill’s to family and if we ever choose to move again I would only want to deal with Churchill’s.
