GoogleAndre and the lettings team looked after the leasing of my flat in Acton for nearly 20 years. When it came came time to sell Mustafa did a fantastic job with keeping me up to date, working with both the buyer and tenant and finalising the deal. Thanks to all at Churchill & Mathesons!

GoogleWorst estate agents ever! Rude and nasty. Not helpful and very rude! I even put the phone down on them as I cannot and will not put up with disgusting rudeness. Glad my deposit is back, i will never ever use them ever again. First and last time! Avoid this place! I would give zero stars if I could.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe whole agency is just pure disgust 🤮. The staff only cares about your money. As a customer you never matter, you just one of their victims who will be disrespected, robbed, mugged in a legal way, and then humiliated in front of the staff because they want to show you how superior they are compared to you. …

GoogleThw works Agents and letting agents I've ever encountered. We rented a flat in Acton, and there were lies and problems since day 1. Never rent a flat with them! Deposit issues included.

GoogleBig disappointment. Unfortunately the minimum is one star, they don't deserve it. I can't recommend this agency. They always late with email reply. If the property needs a maintenance they wait for the last minute. Be aware.

GoogleSteer clear of this agent as their professionalism is lacking. Communication is extremely poor, with unresponsive emails, and they charge exorbitant fees for a service of subpar quality.

GoogleNadwa our agent was great from the start. Love the places she showed us and now moved in to a great place. Very nice people to deal with keeping us updated the whole process and always at the other end of the phone to help.

GoogleVery quick response time and excellent contact. I made appointment and viewing in one day. Mr Shehzaad helped me a lot with required documents and was monitoring process whole time. After letting they are still easy to contact and helping with ongoing processes like changing suppliers etc. 5/5 Would recommend!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThis agency is a scam. They will make your life miserable as a tenant. It's really frustrating how some companies like this mistreat and scam tenants with fake charges and retaining your money.
