Facebookit asks what do you recommend about choice properties well my answer is everything highly fantastic from.start.to finish selling my house in 5 weeks wow amazing staff kept me.fully.informed.everyday arranged a solicitor which was also fantastic nothing was ever.to much.trouble they all went above and beyond I would recommend to everyone selling or buying don't look any further than choice because as.it says in the name you have definitely made the right choice

GoogleAvoid where you can. Very quick in taking the deposit on the same day the viewing happened but never got a reply back when asking questions. Only unrelated emails which did not answer my questions at all. Supposed to move into a property and got a date. One day prior to that suddenly the asking rent was raised. The referencing company they work with is also not to be recommended. Asked my for my reference, which were sent, 2 days afterwards they required more information, further 4 days later they realized they want to know more. All these things caused delays.

GoogleNotice how 13 of the 17 reviews currently against this company are from simply 'A Google User'? (and are almost all 5 stars?)... I will let you decide what that means! I can't emphasise enough how awful this company is. I quickly became a landlord who wanted shot of this cowboy company. Terrible invoicing, communication and general care were standard for them. I would rather have paid them until the end of the tenancy contract I had for them NOT to manage my property (yes, they were that bad). I hope people actually read these reviews and not just at the inflated star ratings.

GoogleThe lettings team run a very dubious business that show total disregard to both tenants and landlords. I found them to be blase about real problems and actually began to snigger and mock when our concerns were explained. Seriously AVOID Choices

GoogleI had the worst experience in my life renting a flat with this company. Thanks to the deposit scheme I could get my deposit back. The company start claiming money from fees and other staff. The deposit scheme gave me back all. Also, during my tenancy they enter several times with no notice. Be very careful if you are trying to rent a flat with them
