I had an exceptional experience with Chestertons. I had a very difficult situation and a lot of set backs in getting my new home but finally managed to get through it all thanks to my agent Amelia and her empathetic approach. I come from the customer service industry myself, and after being registered with around ten agencies and dealing with a number of different agents I can most definitely say Amelia at Chestertons is by far the best agent out there and a huge asset to Chestertons. If you are currently looking for a property I would definitely recommend contacting Amelia at Chestertons even if you are negotiating with other agencies. From her initial understanding of my needs of an ideal home, and her exceptional customer care and communication she was very supportive right up until I got my keys.Thanks Amelia Chestertons Wandsworth

RE: Wandsworth branch. Just wanted to give a quick mention to a lettings agency out of gratitude. We didn't end up going for a property listed with Chestertons but I felt it was worth my time to mention how well we were handled by their staff. Amelia was in charge of our account and was super consistent in messaging, finding relevant properties that fit our criteria and was very friendly throughout. She was a genuine asset to the company and speaks volumes about the organisation's staff training there. Would 100% recommend Chestertons to anybody looking to rent, felt very looked after and never pushed into anything we weren't sure about. Thanks to Amelia and the team for their help!

GoogleScott Abrahams and his team, Kevin, Will, Matt and Guy, have kept me calm and sane through the insane process of selling my family home. I chose them for their commitment and experience and have not been disappointed. Scott is hugely knowledgeable and been very reassuring at the most difficult of times, calming my impatience, It has felt good to know I had a team that had my back as I was doing this on my own. In particular Guy who helped us find a buyer and shepherded the whole process, and Scott who supported us when we were let down by another agent in I_S_lington, who with hindsight really overpriced our flat and then lost us a lot of time. GoogleScott Abrahams sold our flat 8 years ago, after a tough journey, so it was only natural to go to him for his help this time when we were ready to sell our house. We didn’t even consider another agent. We began conversations in a brilliant climate. The valuation was given and the property went on the market. We had a lot of footfall very quickly and we received several asking price offers. Our personal agent, Will Robertson was absolutely superb. His intuition was spot on, he guided us professionally through the process. We spoke every day. The market crashed and everyone panicked. But Will kept everything, including my sanity, on track and we are so impressed and grateful to him for his endeavours. Thank you Chestertons! GoogleWe recently sold our flat through Chestertons and were very satisfied with the service we received. We had valuations from three other estate agents but quickly settled on Chestertons. The valuation was broadly in line with a couple of the others but we felt confident that Chestertons were best placed to deliver it. We dealt with a few members of the team but our primary contact for the successful sale was Jamie. He was excellent throughout: approachable, very responsive to our questions and had excellent knowledge of the local market. There were a few bumps along the road but Jamie dealt with these comprehensively and we would definitely recommend working with him and Chestertons.

Isabella at Chestertons in Fulham was fantastic as an agent to persevere in aiding us getting the property we wanted. Chestertons as a business was highly professional. Fantastic at communications and their portal really helped keep things on track right up to delivering the keys to the door.There is one small glitch for iphone user and Apple Macs in that it asks you for the postcode where you live/lived, which it then attempts to pre-fill your address. It was wrong on several occasions and could not overwrite but had to type blind as I could not see what I was writing as it was under a window with the incorrect addresses!

As a landlord I really appreciate that she was immediately responsive when I had an issue with a tenant and set about resolving it for me. It's not everyday you find someone both effective in a role, willing to go beyond the necessary as well as being delightful to deal with. 5 star service - Lucky us for finding a property through Chesterton’s. Landlords listen up - as tenants this agent,Alex Wasey was professional and caring -he stands out from the crowd. He communicated with us to ensure all the process was completed smoothly and nothing seemed to much trouble.Michelle Fogley was on hand to sort any issues, she was calm and made sure all paperwork was sorted.What can I say .. if all agency’s were like this the rental market would improve for tenants and landlords alike.
