GoogleThe letting game was a totally new one to me and I cannot fault the team and Camillo in particuar who helped me with every last detail of the process. They fully understood that I was letting "my home" and were sensitive to the most trivial of issues (Do I leave towels / sheets etc etc) As my flat was just round the corner from this branch I'm sorry to say I was in there almost daily fussing about some detail. I was always greeted civilly, supportively and like a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent work team !!!!! After arriving in London, for the first time, in less than a week we were able to achieve our rental in the place we chose from the beginning. Very complete and permanent advice, answering all the queries made by mail or telephone at any time. Everything previously posted on the internet and spoken on the first visit was fulfilled. Cordiality, friendliness and professionalism permanently integrated. Even though we are foreigners we feel at home. Thanks

GoogleWe moved into our accommodation 3 months ago, we still don't have hot water. When calling to discuss the matter there staff from the Battersea park branch put the phone down on you or speak to you like something on the bottom of their shoe. GoogleI keep getting bombarded and called by 100's of estate agents from Chestertons (Joshua, Amy, Oliver, Camillo, Rhea, Laura K, Kieran, Magdalena, Laura M, Nancy, Gorgio, Alessandro, Alice, Alex T, James C, Leonardo to name a few). I have repeatedly said for my details to removed but still get 3 emails a day. It's disgraceful as half these estate agents don't even know what I'm looking for and are constantly disturbing me at work.

GoogleContrary to the other reviews we found Camillo and Adeel very responsive and helpful. They found us a new tenant in under a month and she moved in last week. Everything completed successfully, despite Covid. The only thing I don't like is the Chestertons portal (its the same with my accountants). I know it helps them but isn't great for me. Other than that everything was good.PositiveProfessionalism
