Michelle was incredibly helpful throughout the process from initial viewings onwards. Responding very promptly and assisting with everything i needed, particularly as a first time buyer. She understood my requirements and what I was looking for with my property search, she was also not pushy and really understood where i was coming from and was realistic with the options. Unfortunately the sale didn't go ahead and i found another property elsewhere but I feel like if i were to buy another property I would certainly reach out to Michelle.

I really enjoyed working with the lovely Josh with his hard working and friendly attitude - he was consistently professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient throughout the entire process (despite viewing over 70 properties!) Josh brought me to see some of the most amazing properties around the Battersea Park/ Power Station area (also put me in touch with some colleagues in other offices) and the properties fitted the brief almost perfectly on each occasion. Josh was always in touch anytime a property came up that suited my requirements and completely got my non negotiables (unlike some other estate agents who completely wasted my time!) He was incredibly ‘on the ball’ and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to show me properties that matched my search criteria and regularly kept me updated over WhatsApp, email and phonecalls (other estate agents I wouldn’t hear from them for months on end!) His communication was always super engaging and clear and I truly felt he had my best interest at heart, which can be rare in this industry! Although I didn’t find my dream property with Josh at Chestertons, I truly had a great experience with him, which is why I’m writing this review. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone searching for a new home - he’s definitely a stand out in the industry and I dealt with every estate agency in the Battersea/ Chelsea/ Nine Elms area!

Michelle M. Showed us so many great properties. She listened to our criteria and quickly understood what we were looking for. She even took us to different neighborhoods in search of the perfect property. Communications were great. She always sent pdfs and addresses of the properties in a timely manner. Josh was brilliant from the outset, providing invaluable insights into the properties / areas we visited, always responsive even out of office hours and tailored my property search specifically to my needs. We had been looking to buy for a few months and met Michelle Merritt during our search. Right from the start Michelle was ready with a variety of homes for us to view she gave us options and choices in style of home and price range as she could see we weren’t quite sure what we were after.
