GoogleCamillo and the team did a great job marketing our flat for rental. The tenants were great and all went well until the tenants had to break their contract. Camillo sorted out what could have been a major problem for us speedily and efficiently. He was fair to us and the outgoing tenants. New tenants were found quickly and a new contract organised and the new tenants have moved in with ease. The whole process was complicated but everyone at Chestertons in Battersea pulled together - my wife and I were most impressed and exceedingly grateful!

GoogleChestertons have been brilliant, very quick and efficient - Lesley is a credit to the team and has made the whole moving process easier with her extremely accommodating nature. Very knowledgeable and our flat is really more than we could have wished for. The only downside for me personally, is the use of Goodlord, which I find to be quite temperamental - had to get my application/referencing reset a few times but this was through no fault of Chestertons. The staff and process has been great overall. Smooth and efficient which is needed in lettings, thank you so much!

GoogleAbsolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal.
I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency.
Be careful of dealing with them!
