GoogleVitalise Clean work’s with Chestertons, Battersea Rise branch, by carrying out professional tenancy cleans for their landlords and tenants. I have found this branch to always be very friendly, helpful and professional in many different aspects of the industry. From Victoria’s friendly and jolly approach at front desk, to Gary and his teams professionalism and “can do attitude”, this Chestertons branch stands out to me as being one of the best agents I work with! GoogleWe had try to sell our flat in SW11 last year with another agent and eventually took it off the market while we welcomed baby no. 2. Grace Martin from Chestertons kept us in mind and thought of us when the right buyer came along. Our flat under offer before we even put it on the market. Throughout the process of selling Grace was amazing at keeping us informed and liaising with everyone (buyer, solicitors, surveyor and the bank). We felt every aspect of the sale was taken care of and as a result the process was stress free. As always with property there was some last minute drama but Grace handled it impeccably and was available up to midnight on several nights to sort it all out. Grace also thought of us whenever potential onward properties came on the market for us. We would not go to anyone else. Thank you for everything

Google315 Eversleigh Road SW11 5XS is the property we reside in- it's flooded severely 3 times in a 12month period. Following a swift and efficient move-in led by Zoe Birch we have been thoroughly let down by Chestertons lettings management. Our lettings manager Andrew Ogley has been extremely uncooperative throughout our tenancy. His management of this difficult situation has been very poor.NegativeQuality

GoogleI used Chestertons Battersea & Clapham to rent out my flat and was beyond impressed. I was out of the country and wasn't able to meet anyone from the agency in person but Gary and Alice with whom I dealt were extremely professional while also remaining personable and put me entirely at ease. I felt that they went above and beyond with their communications with phone calls, emails and text messages. The current tenants in the apartment were also extremely complimentary of their approach both in organising viewings as well as the viewings themselves.
