Jake, at Battersea Rise, has been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my flat. I was previously with another agent, but switched to Chestertons after a few weeks. By contrast to the other agent the viewing numbers soared and it was obvious an incredibly proactive approach was being taken by Chestertons. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop, calling me to provide feedback after each viewing / keep me up to speed with what was happening with the market. Once an offer was agreed, again, they provided a hands on approach by regularly liaising with both sides in order to efficiently move the sale forward and ensure both parties were happy. I had recently engaged Gary Noone at Chestertons to let out a few of my flats. The tenant quality is high and normally takes around 2 weeks for tenants to move in from date of instruction, which is fast. The property managers are efficient and deals with any problems at the flat quickly. I have had some experiences with other lettings agents and property managers, some are very good with the lettings front and some are good with the management. Chestertons seem to have found the right formula and are delivering on all fronts.
