GoogleWe found a world of difference between Chelwood and the supposed bigger agents. Richard was our main contact but the whole team were helpful and friendly. Most importantly they delivered.

Buying a house can be stressful but they were highly professional and attentive throughout and as the inevitable questions came up were quick to provide answers and evidence. GoogleWe moved into one of their properties yesterday in Clapham Junction and we have never had such a smooth experience with an agent. The property was spotless, the inventory clerk was on time and great to deal with and the team at Chelwood Partners had left us a lovely welcome pack and moving in card. In particular, I have been dealing with Gemma, Katie and Veronica who have bent over backwards to support our viewings prior to move in for measurements, any questions we had and made us feel at ease from start to finish. We are so happy in our new home, and will certainly be using Chelwood Partners again for our next move! Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe’ve had two great experiences with chelwood partners and Gemma in particular. She helped us find our most recent rental and helped us work out a good deal with our new landlord. There were some minor fix ups to be done once we moved in and chelwood quickly worked everything out between the landlord and the contractors who came quickly and also did a great job. Highly recommend!
