Nasty company. stay away from any property they pretend to manage. Their understanding of property management is copy paste answers with a bossy attitude. when you report a problem they will respond trying to sell you an insurance policy or tell you the problem is not there They will make you do the work they are suppose to do and make up expenses to sit on your deposit. your property manager will change every 2 -3 weeks. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK FOR 2-3 MONTHS

Not very transparent or quick to update. Had to reach out to them to get an update on a place I had placed deposit on, only to then be told that the landlord wasnt accepting. Andy was the lettings agent - slow and unprofessional.

They helped me find a wonderful place to move to and the process, when compared to my experience with other agencies, was smooth and pleasant. Documentations and guidelines were clear and trustworthy. The agent that manages our tenancy, Noel Ng, has always been responsive, resourceful and sincere. I'll surely consider going to Chase Evans again when I next move (hopefully not soon :P).
