GoogleJust the worst renting experience I've had in London, which is saying a lot. It took them 6 months to give me my deposit back! When I'd call, they were always conveniently at lunch or in a meeting. DO NOT rent through these people. And if you ignore the warnings, then at least save up another deposit before you move...
