Relative to other property management firms I have used in the past the quality of service general responsiveness is miles ahead. GoogleVery disappointed in the inconsistency of their attitude and service. Before signing the contract, the agent agreed to clean the room before moving in. I also reminded the agent multiple times to clean the apartment. However, the apartment has not been cleaned at all when it was delivered on the 23rd of December. When I arrived at the building, the chase-evans staff only gave the keys and refused to help briefly regarding how to use the equipment in the room. Paying a whole year rent and helping this company making a wonderful deal, I was left with a dusty, heating-not-working, freezing cold apartment for the entire Christmas period. Chase Evans has never followed up with the problems in the apartment; the service of the company is genuinely awful. The after-care people came on 30th to reset and adjust the heating; they also gave me instructions on how to set the dishwasher and doorbell. I was told that these work should’ve been done by the agent as they’ve charged a management fee, and they are obligated to give a detailed instructions on how to use the utilities in the property. What this agent has done is very unprofessional and unacceptable .

The process of securing the tenancy was very smooth, and the support I received while renting was good.
