Danish Ashraf gave very prompt attention to my enquiries about a maintenance issue notified by my tenant. He managed the process very well, researched similar matters raised in similar units in the same development and reported back to me clearly. I always find that Chase Evans keep me regularly updated on matters affecting my property. I have been using them as my managing agent for six years now.

Scammers, Never rent a property from them. I have been renting in UK for over 8 years and had worst experience with them (and later I found out that its not just me).1. No support from property manager for issues 2. Would not return deposit for over 6 months (quiet common)3. Worst property management and communication
