GoogleAndy was in credibly helpful in the early stages of the negotiations, working closely with myself and the landlords and being very communicative throughout the process. Everything was conducted in a timely, and highly professional manner, and Andy was always available and happy to take questions and get back to us quickly. Lisa was very helpful throughout the contracts stage of the process, and everything again was handled in a timely and professional way. Questions that were had were fielded and resolved quickly, and the paperwork process was easy and efficient. The check-in process was handled with efficiency, a timely report produced and all tied up on time and as agreed. A very efficient process. Nicky does not operate out of this office, but Nicky has been outstanding as our point of contact once we've moved in. There were a number of small items that required resolution once we moved in, and Nicky has been on top of it and very communicative - providing updates and working through the list of actions in a timely way. The whole experience so far (1 month after moving in) has been one of a very professional team that care about what they do, and it shows on the client end. I have already recommended Chase Evans to a friend, and have been very complimentary to everyone that asks about the recent move. Thanks to the whole team for a very smooth transition into our new home.

GoogleI was urgently looking for a property to rent when I got in touch with Darnell McDonald from Chase Evans properties in the Pan Peninsula office. After a quick call to explore my options, Darnell showed me a few apartments suited to my budget and has been really helpful in speeding up the paperwork for me. He has remained by my side throughout every step of this rental process and has been super responsive to my messages and calls. Darnell even went above and beyond and came to welcome me when I moved in, after the inventory check carried out by a third party, and ensured that I was comfortable in this new place. He has also been helpful in a number of ways such as patiently dealing with my queries and coming to my rescue after I was locked into the apartment, 10 minutes before his shift ended. I would 100 % recommend Darnell for his excellent service.

Chase Evans has been helping me to let my flat for 3+ years now. Overall they were professional, responsive and accountable. They were able to find good tenant within 3~4 days. The property manager Murat was super helpful and responsive, always reply and address my questions and concerns in no time, and you could always count on them to take good care of the rentals income and expenditures. The thing that could be improved is the price of the maintenance work, it'll be perfect if they could find more affordable handyman or contract companies to do the fixes and maintenance work in the flat.

My current property manager at Chase is far better than previous managers I have had. She is responsive and pro- active which is what I was looking for in a manager. She is good at liaising with the tenants too. I hope she will remain my manager for the foreseeable future.

There was recently a fire in our flat, which caused the water heater to stop functioning. I want to thank our property manager Kimberly Fernandes from Chase Evans for following up with the landlord and making sure a new one is installed in just a few days with no follow-up being needed.
