GoogleOverall our flat hunting experience was a bit of a headache. Long story short, 2 of the flats that we had secured with deposit fell through due to the owners taking them off the market after we put in security deposits. On top of that, we decided to go back to China after securing the first flat until it was supposed to be available. Needless to say we were beyond stressed trying to secure our new home while we had no way of being there in person. Luckily we had such an amazing agent as Mariam. She was beyond diligent and professional in helping us find our perfect new home. She absolutely went above and beyond to view and take video walkthroughs of multiple flats since we could not. She was so accommodating to our time difference and was always on top of answering all of our questions and making sure we were as happy and confident in our final decision. 100% recommendation, thank you again Mariam and everyone at Chase Evans for all the hard work you put in.
