GoogleI was looking to rent a property for the coming year plus and I was truly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Darnell McDonald at the Pan Peninsula office. I'd been looking at a few properties and letting agents elsewhere, but Darnell did everything he could to ensure that I had video tours of similar properties, putting forward offers in a timely manner and making the effort to ensure that I got the best deal that suited myself. I was initially rather hesitant to go for such a large firm, because I thought the service would be quite corporate, but this was really personal and very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this again and would consider using their letting agents again, for friendliness, availability of property, as well as the unique parking deal that they offer. I'll be moving to my new flat soon and it's been a great experience thus farPositiveQuality, Professionalism

My experience with Chase Evans so far has been very positive. Right from beginning of my house search, the agent that helped me in finding my home to the team who processed the contract and now the dedicated property manager Roman Radaev. I hope it stays this way, the team does a wonderful job. This review is particularly about my property manager who is always very prompt and responsive, constantly follows up with the landlord to ensure things are sorted and always makes it a point to give me updates on my requests. He is very helpful and his responsiveness gives the comfort that you can reach out anytime you need. He makes sure to arrange the services to get it done as soon as possible.
