GoogleI had to find a flat and move in on short notice. Mariam had been especially helpful in enabling to find one, even coming in on one of her vacation days. 5 stars is not enough to give Edmond from Chase Evans for the support shown at the end of the tenancy. He did stick with he’s words of making sure we won’t be charged randomly and u fair! I will encourage all to rent with them as I will sure if I want to rent I’ll be using them again!

Owen Symons (lettings) and Daniel Ashraf (East Property Management) were communicative, responsive, helpful, prompt and informative. They actually get back to you when they've said that they will. Daniel instantaneously took action to correct an issue identified upon moving in. Best estate agent I've ever dealt with (and I'm over 50 and have dealt with a lot in my lifetime).

I cant speak highly enough of their staff who are always extremely helpful. I have recently been dealing with Harvey Asahi in their renewals department who is always upto date with current legislation and again he could not be more helpful.
