GoogleExcellent Agent and thank you Mary!!! Chase Evans help me to find the property to buy when I was in the chain, always helpful and find solution for me whenever there is issue. Chain process is very stressful and my sale part from other agent(the other agency is MyLondonHome which was not good and helpful) had a lot of issues, and cause delays in my purchase but Chase Evans always try to help me in the process. Highly recommended them especially Mary Cai if you are looking to buy or sell, she even followed up with you after my purchase is completed, and always try to help me with any issues or questions! Chase Evans had been managing my London properties for a decade now. They are very responsive and do things right. Had a dispute with one block management company and they resolved it for me as well. Also they are very good at marketing my properties for renting out, my properties had almost no vacant periods except for during transitions.
