I got a very good news from Kimberly…

I got a very good news from Kimberly Fernandes, East Property Management, just now. She did very good job which is out of my expectations. Our ex-tenants which came from overseas may not familar with the local practices of the check out processes. Even the inspection was done by third party, they challenged every item picked up. Kimberly finally got their agreement for the dilapidation proposed after 3 months!!

BE CAREFUL at the end!!!!!!

at the CHECK OUT they try to get money for everything, they asked me an exorbitant price to fix a toilet and a light bulb, when I refuse to pay it, they told me that we have to reach an agreement and that this is the price and when I threaten to make a complaint to My DEposit, they instantly lower the price to half, I continue negotiating and they continue lowering it.

The overall feeling is good, Kathy would like to give full marks. She sat opposite the door and was very enthusiastic. Mainly because she could speak Chinese, it really saved a lot of communication barriers! Later follow-up with the landlord and check-in and other matters were arranged very thoughtfully and properly. Although the landlord was very difficult to deal with, thanks to Kathy's communication, we were able to check in on time and on time. You know how rare this is among British agencies! ! My previous experience of renting a house made me almost have no hope in the service of British agents. All the credit this time goes to Kathy, so I will definitely recommend it to everyone if I have such a good agency! ! The overall feeling is not bad, I will give Kathy a perfect score. She is very enthusiastic and can speak Mandarin and English which can save a lot of time in communication. She will actively fight for the rights of our tenants, and the efficiency is very high, she can almost finish everything in one day. In short, very recommended!

The sales agent - Mary Cai is such a wonderful lady, very attentive and has great knowledge of every property we were viewing. She really understood our needs and spoke things from our points of view. She helped us to negotiate the price with the seller and got us a great deal :). I moved in to my apartment managed and leased by chase Evans, the apartment was missing some arrangements, after a talking and bouncing through a few people, I spoke to ms Lee Chen and my experience with chase Evans peaked, she was very helpful, took time to listen to all my concerns, related to all of them, and re-assured me that she would handle them, in a very timely manner she did, she contacted the landlord in a very timely manner and cordinated very professionally between the two parties, she cared very much about my problems and took interest. I'm very pleased with he professionalism and dedication to her job as well as caring to help people in distress.
