Super impressed with how quickly everything was done. Moved into the flat just 2 and a half weeks after initially viewing it. Conor was really helpful and friendly. He showed me around and told me everything that i needed to know and was so helpful in making things move so quickly. Tereza was also fast at replying to our emails and sending over all the documents which we needed fo get completed. I was impressed that Chase Evans was still in operation during the pandemic as I was looking to move to a new flat before the end of the year. Conor was an agent I had already met when we viewed a different property before and I gave him a call when I found a new property to rent. He was swift with his actions and even got parts of the flat changed like the carpet and matress before I moved in. I would recommend asking for Conor as he a honest real estate agent that looks after his clients. Thanks a lot.PositiveProfessionalism

We have been renting through Chase Evans for 5 months now, and overall it has been a good experience. Conor did a great job helping us not only locate the perfect flat, but through the leasing process as well. Conor and Lisa were very clear as to the charges and what to expect, and everything went exactly as they said it would. We have had two maintenance issues so far, one with the new building, and one with furniture. In both cases the team was able to resolve the issues quickly. And Sharlene provided good communication and follow-up. The two opportunities for improvement I would point out: 1) when you pay your rent, you do not receive any sort of receipt or invoice. There is also no invoice that I can find in the tenant portal. It would be nice to be able to verify that rent has been received on time. 2) The maintenance requests submitted through the tenant portal don't seem to go anywhere. You have to email the property manager in order to report issues. But overall, we are happy with the choice we made to go with Chase Evans.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Occasionally something goes a bit awry when changing staff at their end but overall I'm very happy. Most recently Molly Pariyanukul was extremely efficient in getting tenants to agree to renew at a higher rental.

I was in contact with Kin Lee regarding the renewal of my tenancy. I had been experiencing issues with my fridge for several months, and it seemed like the property manager was reviewing the matter, but I wasn’t receiving any positive response. However, when Kin got involved, they handled the situation better.I explained my concerns to Kin , and hefollowed up effectively. We managed to reach a resolution, and he clearly understood the situation, especially since my decision about renewing the tenancy was related to the fridge issue. I also needed a letter, which he provided .Throughout the process, Kin communicated everything clearly in English and guided me very well with detailed updates. Compared to my previous experiences, this one was much smoother, easier to understand, and more respectful. His help made a significant difference.

My agent was Alexandre Chapalain and I could not have asked for a better person! Alex called me soon after I signed-up on the website. I immediately knew from our phone conversation that he is someone I can rely on. Upon our conversation and after getting the details of what type of apartment I was looking for Alex sent me a whole list of other properties that, quite frankly, mostly matched my criteria. We made a viewing appointment for a Wednesday afternoon after work (very convenient for me) and we managed to view 7 or so properties all within the vicinity of the area that I wanted - it was quite a few viewings however I had such fun with Alex that it felt time flew by so quickly. Alex never put pressure on me, which was very helpful for me to make my own decision. However, if I needed any help whatsoever he was always quickly to respond. I wanted to see one of the apartments again and it was without any hassle whatsoever. Alex also managed to get me a good price for the apartment that I then proceeded to make an offer on. Within only two months I got the keys. Throughout this entire purchase process, which admittedly can be rather tedious, Alex has always been incredibly helpful with chasing up solicitors and all parties to make sure we are on time for completion. Whenever I need to talk to him, he always made sure he rings me back very quickly. I seriously have had the best agent I could ever have asked for - Alex made the process so painless and smooth for me that I literally got the keys exactly on time before Christmas - he made it happen, the biggest Christmas present of my life! Thank you Alex, you're simply the best!!!

Had to pay previous tenant's debt!

Chase Evans Aldgate lettings team is terrible. Never registered me as a tenant in new property. There was a heating meter debt from the previous tenant they asked ME to pay (!!!) and promising a refund. It's been 18 months and I still haven't got my money back. Hurford Salvi Carr nearby are so much better - avoid Chase Evans like the plague.
