Chase Evans has been helping me to let my flat for 3+ years now. Overall they were professional, responsive and accountable. They were able to find good tenant within 3~4 days. The property manager Murat was super helpful and responsive, always reply and address my questions and concerns in no time, and you could always count on them to take good care of the rentals income and expenditures. The thing that could be improved is the price of the maintenance work, it'll be perfect if they could find more affordable handyman or contract companies to do the fixes and maintenance work in the flat.

My current property manager at Chase is far better than previous managers I have had. She is responsive and pro- active which is what I was looking for in a manager. She is good at liaising with the tenants too. I hope she will remain my manager for the foreseeable future.

There was recently a fire in our flat, which caused the water heater to stop functioning. I want to thank our property manager Kimberly Fernandes from Chase Evans for following up with the landlord and making sure a new one is installed in just a few days with no follow-up being needed. Chase Evans in general are speak to, and work with.

GoogleChase Evans Property management have, by far, been one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional organisations I’ve ever dealt with. Along with issues such as flat damage (eg blinds completely broken and clear & obvious marks across ALL floors, walls and ceilings) I was without hot water for 3 continuous months due to a boiler issue. I contacted Chase Evans upwards of 60times regarding this but to no success as they would pass on the to another member or ignore altogether.Issue was finally resolved 4-5 months after I raised the initial complaint. No compensation provided and ALL other issues I raised are still outstanding. Terrible, terrible organisation. Please avoid using them as I 100% guarantee you’ll regret the decision.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
